I host both mini-retreats and frequent intimate “get away” weekend retreats for midlife women who want more “me time” so they can finally focus on their next step in career or business – in a way that is fun, inspirational and transformational.
What are small group retreats?
Fueled by the principles of positive psychology and the “power of wellbeing”, I host my signature coaching program in small groups for optimal results. With limited personal time, busy working women choose mini-retreats and “get away” weekend retreats to finally focus on what’s most important to them. We use creative expression, journaling, coaching, yoga, relaxation, mindfulness and natural settings to ignite the power of wellbeing and connect women to their authentic self. That’s the space where the power of wellbeing can be accessed.
What is the agenda?
The program is called Design the Second Half of Your Life. Each retreat has a slightly different focus. The intimate retreats are not “expert speaker” events with a linear agenda. Instead, I host a more organic and intimate gathering so working women can inspire each other, and get to their next within a safe community. The core curriculum helps women discover their own pathway to wellbeing, what makes them inspired, what energizes them…and this helps to clarify their “next”!

Who is this for?
Women who are independent consultants, entrepreneurs, mid-to-senior level career women are encouraged to learn more and apply here. Two to three day long retreats will be held in Spring and Fall 2017 in New England, near Boston.
